The official registered business name is Portal Cypress Core Ltd. The practice was established in 2018 in Edinburgh to help United Kingdom software teams interpret feature adoption after release — when leadership asks for clarity and the charts alone are not enough.
Early work began with post-release reviews for B2B products based in Scotland and the north of England. Over time the engagements widened to onboarding path reviews, short release briefs, and facilitated working sessions that sit beside a full assessment.
How we work
We treat application analytics for SaaS feature adoption tracking as a human reading problem: define the job, choose a fair observation window, listen to support language, and write recommendations someone can schedule. We do not sell a retained monitoring product.
