Agreement

By using portal-cypresscore.click and requesting services from Portal Cypress Core Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Services

We provide professional engagements such as feature adoption assessments, onboarding path reviews, release adoption briefs, and facilitated working sessions. Website descriptions are informational. A separate written estimate or statement of work governs paid engagements.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and branding, belongs to Portal Cypress Core Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the statement of work; underlying methods and templates remain ours unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit unlawful content through forms, or use our materials to misrepresent an affiliation with us.

Disclaimer

Field notes and website guidance are general information, not a substitute for decisions specific to your product, customers, or legal obligations. Engagement findings reflect the evidence available during the agreed window.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of the United Kingdom, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts in Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
