Data we collect

When you contact us we may process your name, email address, organisation, phone number if provided, engagement interest, and message content. During paid work we may process stakeholder names and business contact details necessary to deliver the engagement. Client product analytics shared with us should be anonymised or pseudonymised wherever practicable.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to a contract.
• Performing engagements — performance of a contract.
• Operating essential site functions and security — legitimate interests.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement records are retained for up to six years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a shorter period is agreed in writing.

We use service providers for email and hosting who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.
